An analysis of shapes used in Klimt's "The Kiss"

5 x 7 original oil on wooden panel embossed with imitation gold leaf
What to do when creativity is at an impasse? Study the composition of other artist's works. This is my analysis of the Art Nouveau shapes used in Gustav Klimt's The Kiss. Done on a small wooden panel embossed with imitation gold leaf, it was an experiment in applying gold leaf and seeing how oil paint would adhere to it.
